Health study gives Brown County mixed results
[New Ulm Journal, Feb. 18, 2010] Brown county received a mix of good and bad news Wednesday when a health rankings study was released by the University of Wisconsin’s Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
Each county was ranked within its state on how healthy people are and how long they live.
“I think everybody in Brown County should take their health seriously,” Moritz added. “Everyone should do what they can to improve their health by joining programs like the Heart of New Ulm and others that promote health.”
