Disease-specific advance care planning: Conversations emphasize patient preferences and provide clarity

[Oncology Nurse Advisor, Sept. 1, 2010] Advance care planning (ACP) discussions are not sufficiently incorporated into the care of oncology patients. Sandra Schellinger, MSN, RN, ANP; Abbey Sidebottom, MPH and Linda Briggs, MS, MA, RN of Allina’s Home and Community Services discuss the implications in an article they authored for ?Oncology Nurse Advisor. Read the full article at oncologynurseadvisor.com.
