Birth control recall: Dosing could lead to unintended pregnancies
[KSTP-TV, Sept. 16, 2011] Qualitest Pharmaceuticals is recalling multiple lots of birth-control pills because of a packaging error that could lead to incorrect dosing and unintended pregnancies.
